🛠️
Notion, implemented.
You tried building the workspace yourselves. Adoption died in week three. We architect, build, and train — so your team actually runs on it.
🧩Why the last build didn't stick.
🗺️
No information architecture
Databases created ad hoc, one per request. Six months later nobody knows where anything lives.
🧭
No change management
The workspace launched in a Slack message. Nobody was trained, so nobody switched.
🔋
Nothing keeps it alive
Views drift, statuses rot. Without automation the system needs a babysitter — and doesn't get one.
🗂️Services
Four fixed-scope offers. No retainers you can't explain to your CFO.
| Aa Service | ≔ Covers | 👤 Best for | # Timeline |
|---|---|---|---|
| Workspace audit | Diagnosis | Failed self-builds | 1 wk |
| Workspace build | Architecture Migration | Committed teams | 4–8 wks |
| AI agents | Automation | Ops bottlenecks | 2–4 wks |
| Team training | Adoption | Teams with an existing setup | 1–2 wks |
📋Process
Five steps, in order, every time. Check them off as we go — you'll have this exact list in your workspace.
📌
We cap active engagements at three. If we're full, you get a start date, not a waitlist.
🤖Your back office doesn't need a babysitter.
Notion 3.0 agents run the recurring work inside the workspace — no Zapier, no Make, no glue code to maintain.
| Aa Agent | ≔ Trigger | Aa Delivers | ◐ Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Weekly client report | Mondays, 09:00 | Status summary to Slack | Running |
| New-hire onboarding | HR adds a person | Checklist assigned on day one | Running |
| Sprint retrospective | Sprint closes | Summary page + email to client | Running |
We rebuilt the workspace ourselves twice. The third time, we hired someone who does only this.

❓FAQ
We already tried Notion and it failed. Why would this time differ?
Failed self-builds are our starting point, not a disqualifier. The failure is almost never the tool — it's architecture built ad hoc and training that never happened. The audit names the specific cause before you spend on a build.
Do you work with tools other than Notion?
No. Notion only — that's the point. If Notion is the wrong tool for you, the audit will say so in writing.
What does 'adoption measured' actually mean?
Weekly active editors per team, tracked for four weeks after handoff. If a team drops below the target, the fix session is on us.
How much does it cost?
Projects start at €1,500 with a fixed scope; ongoing work is €60 per hour. You approve a written scope before anything is billed.
Are you Notion?
No — Tools4Good is an independent consultancy and a Notion Solutions Partner. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Notion Labs.
